She and Silversin have collaborated on numerous publications on physician cultures, physician morale, medical group dynamics, governance in physician organizations and service improvement in healthcare.
Jack Silversin, DMD, DrPH, is a graduate of the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, Silversin holds a doctorate in public health from Harvard University and is a member of the medicine faculty at the dental school. He is a nationally recognized speaker on physicians and change and a regular presenter at Institute for Healthcare Improvement conferences, faculty for Medical Group Management Association-sponsored executive education programs and content expert for Minneapolis-based Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement’s collaborative on building a culture of quality.
