Joeann Humbert served more than 30 years in higher education administration and is a proven leader with well-developed communication, project management, employee development, program design and evaluation abilities. Most recently, Joeann was the Associate Director of Organization Development in the Human Resources Department at Rochester Institute of Technology where she oversaw The Center for Professional Development. Her group was responsible for the professional development training of all employees, a value-based leadership program for all leaders and oversight for communication training and standards for the Finance and Administration division. Joeann provided strategic planning design and facilitation, team development, and senior leader coaching services to clients within the university and including the University’s global campuses.
Joeann holds a B.A. in English Literature from Gannon University and an M.S. in Instructional Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, a certificate in Interactive Media, a Six Sigma Green Belt, DISC, Emotional Intelligence and Crucial Conversations certifications, and a coaching certification from the Center for Creative Leadership.
