Dr. Twanmoh is the founder and president of Queue Management, LLC, a consultancy specializing in patient flow. With over 25 years of leadership and management experience as a medical director and department chair, Dr. Twanmoh helps hospitals fix their crowded emergency departments, redesign hospital processes, and improve the bottom line. He is a nationally recognized speaker on topics related to emergency department crowding, patient flow, operations management, change management, and leadership.
Certified in Lean, Dr. Twanmoh is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Board certified in Emergency Medicine, he is a Fellow of both the American College of Emergency Physicians and American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) and a past president of Maryland ACEP. Dr. Twanmoh also serves as the course director and faculty for the AAEM ED Management Solutions Conference and ED Operations Certificate Course.
