Our new news site is designed to offer the information you need to be a productive physician leader, a lifelong learner and stay at the forefront of the industry.
Welcome to your new home for physician leadership news, direct from the American Association for Physician Leadership®. We’re introducing Physician Leadership News, an online resource for ideas and news you can use every day.
Our site will be a work in progress over the next several months. Immediately, we will add content from our award-winning magazine, the Physician Leadership Journal . Soon, we will leverage the power of multimedia to tell more stories in more ways, allowing us to take deeper dives into topics of high importance to physician leaders.
We also will add a blog to keep you informed of happenings within the association. We will bring you the voices of new and longtime-favorite contributors to inspire and inform. We will aggregate breaking news and information from other sites to help keep you up to speed about ongoing industry conversations. And there’s much more in the works.
Right now, however, this site’s primary goal is to get information to you more quickly and more effectively. For that purpose, this site replaces the Physician Leadership Library as our main online channel for news and information.
This site will improve your overall information experience — we’re making it easier for you to find and consume what you want and get a sense for what’s making news now. We’ve also made it easier for you to share information you see here with your colleagues via social media, allowing you to demonstrate that you’re in the know.
The Library will remain online, at physicianleaders.org/pll , as a searchable archive of information we’ve published previously. The Library also will archive the work we publish here.
There’s still plenty to come, so check us every day. We encourage you to bookmark this page — news.physicianleaders.org — in your web browser.
Of course, we welcome your feedback. If there’s anything you’d like to see on our site, please email jdavis@physicianleaders.org.
