Designed to enhance collaboration and maximize organizational impact, the program focuses on leadership and project management skills within the framework of LEAN methodology and continuous improvement.
The certification is designed for current Chief Medical Officers (CMOs), Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs), or executive-level nurse/physician partnerships.
